Clean room, friendly staff, smooth check in process. The room looked bigger in the picture but other than that. No complaints. Having the dryer and washing machine was amazing. Having McDonald right next to the accommodation was good because my son is so picky with food. It’s very close to MRT.

Super convenient place for a holiday. Easy access to all amenities.. food, transport. For those light sleepers.. May need ear plugs though.. As the wall is not really sound proof.

Asked for beds for 3 people, sofa bed not considered to be a bed as it was very uncomfortable and did not have flat surface.. will not return for that reason alone.. need physio after 5 day stay

Its smacked in the central area with easy access to city and other parts of Singapore. Near shopping mall and food choices. However, if theres more than 3 person, better to get a bigger room.

Great location. Few minutes walk from mrt. Lots of food and shopping options, friendly staff. Washer and dryer was handy. Just a suggestion,, the only mirror was in the bathroom. Maybe even just one in the bedroom or somewhere else would be nice. All good otherwise

Location was superb, price was very reasonable. Loved the room, was spacious and clean. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that the room had its own washer and dryer. I would personally stay again. That said, I do have to highlight the issue below in case it affects others: There isn't any soundproofing, the place is located beside a main road, and traffic noise goes into the wee hours of the morning. If you're the type to be very sensitive to noise, this could be a point of consideration.

Cannot beat the location. We used to live in Singapore, and knew the area. The location was perfect for everywhere we needed to go. The staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Our week stay was perfect! Great location to the various Bugis shopping centres. MRT station across the road. Walking distance to Suntec and even Marina Bay! The staff were wonderful and lovely people to chat with. Grocery store, fantastic, and chemist just across the road. Only minor thing was the noisy road outside but, after one night, we got used to it. It was our second stay here and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Triple A rating all round!

We (ourselves and our guests) thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The team was very kind to have upgraded our 2nd family room. A boutique setup with great service! Prime location that connects you to most of the touristy spots and good room space/facilities for a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The kids enjoyed their stay so much that they are still talking about the room when they flew home. Many thanks to the team for the enjoyable stay and wonderful memories that we got to have with our family!

Very clean 2 bedroom in a very good convenient location with MRT station and lots of food right at the door. Love the convenience of washing machine and the 2 bedroom has 1.5 bath ( powder room in addition to one full bath). Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very responsive and accommodating customer service. Not so good is the following: 1) no mirror in the powder room - very inconvenient 2) only 1 single bath towel provided per person - no medium or small towel, no hand towel to wipe hands and no extra so if you get your single towel dirty you need to wash it! 3) no tissue provided in full bath and powder room. 4) no hand soap provided in powder room. 5) no hair conditioner provided in main bathroom - only shampoo and shower gel provided. 5) 2 bedrooms very small, the closets in the room cannot even open fully as the bed is blocking the door. Overall a very good stay!!

Excellent choice for those traveling with small children, like our 7-year-old. We got the inside room and he got a sofa bed. The living space was a nicely restored row-house with a small kitchen (including a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop, sink and any needed kitchenware) and hard flooring, furnished with decent Ikea pieces. Staff was generous with the paper products, but (oddly) stingy with the towels. There was also a washing machine / dryer combo, much appreciated for our long stay. The washing function was definitely effective, but the clothes never came out fully dry, so we had to rely on hanging it around the room and let the AC do the job. (But that's not really the hotel's fault; my parents have one of these washer/dryer combo units and they also complain about how ineffective the drying function is. Just the nature of this type of machine and something to expect.) We got a room facing the busy Rocher Road, which did get somewhat noisy, even at night, and the thin, possibly restored-from-original windows didn't help with the sound insulation. Not a problem for us, but maybe an issue with light sleepers. Otherwise, the location was super convenient, right across the street from the Bugis MRT (interchange) station as well as numerous shopping/dining options like the Bugis Junction shopping mall and the Bugis street shops (great for tacky souvenirs).

The expedia listing clearly mentioned two bathrooms for one berdoom and two bedroom apartments but the one bedroom apartments alloted to our group were with single bathroom. secondly the bath area in the two bedroom bathroom (one is only w/c with basin and one is with bathing area) is less than 2 feet by 3 feet so really difficult to bath especially for some one who is a senior citizen or to bathe a small child. the bedroom sizes were not mentioned. they are very small so people can take informed decision after checking the individual bedroom size rather than just the apartment size. otherwise the location was excellent, amenities were good - a suggestion is to provide tea/ coffe, milk sugar sachets with the kettle. access to mrt station and to pick a cab an distances to all major attractions and city centre is very perfect for a 4-6 day stay. very clean but housekeeping could happen twice a week instead of just once if possible. we had rented in total 3 one berdrooms and one two bedroom apartments . staff very helpful and cooperative at all times.

We stayed at this serviced apartment for 8 nights during our family trip to Singapore, and overall it was a wonderful experience. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 child (4 years old) and booked a 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a hassle-free stay. Since we were traveling with senior citizens, comfort and accessibility were very important to us. The apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of room size, amenities, cleanliness, and overall convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped with essential utensils, and the dining area and refrigerator made it easy for us to prepare and enjoy meals whenever needed. A special mention to the host and management team who were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They graciously accommodated an early check-in as the apartment was ready when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Whenever we needed information or assistance, they were quick to respond and always willing to help. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this property. It is very well connected by both MRT and bus services, making travel around Singapore extremely convenient. Convenience stores are nearby, McDonald's is located right below the apartment and operates 24/7, and popular attractions such as Bugis Street Market, the Bugis area, Arab Street, and even Mustafa Centre are within walking distance. A great place to stay!!!

Excellent location. Close to the MRT, busses local shops and attractions. Having laundry on-site was a game changer. Staff were very helpful, kind and considerate. Would definitely stay at the White House Serviced Apartments again. Minor criticism is that the kitchen needed tea towels or paper towels but other than that anything we needed the staff were quick to respond.
