"Absolutely loved this property!!! The proprietor, “Falcon”, was amazing!! The apartment was clean and well appointed as well as in a great location! Falcon was extremely kind and helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat! Lots of great restaurants nearby as well as close proximity to excursions. Whenever we return to Split, we hope to book this property again."

"It is a lovely little villa in Split ! Very easy to walk everywhere from there . The staff sent many emails for information and guidance . The breakfast was delicious and the lady working at the breakfast was so nice ! It’s a lot of stairs for luggage so if you aren’t capable of carrying bags you need to arrange for help but it was a lovely stay !"

"The property is in excellent condition, and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Gave good advice on restaurants in the area. We went on a day trip very early so missed breakfast and were offered sandwiches to take with us."

"Fabulous location, food fantastic, room and staff great!"

"An absolute lifesaver! I showed up late at night with very little notice, and they welcomed me in without missing a beat. As a solo female traveler, safety and comfort are everything, and I felt completely safe, cared for, and looked after from the moment I arrived. The host was exceptionally friendly and kind. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and the air conditioning was a massive relief. To top it all off, the breakfast was wonderful, and they even stored my luggage for me...

"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. There were no signs outside the property to help you identify it. After back to back messaging via the Expedia app, we managed to locate the apartment. The front desk is not even managed 24 hours, which is a minimum criteria to obtain a 4 star rating. There was no mini bar, no safe in the apartment. Very misleading to advertise as a 4 star property on Expedias website."

"Liked everything about the property, and Petra was wonderfully responsive. If the ad mentioned it was a 4th flr walkup, and I missed it, my bad. If that was not mentioned, it should be."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The host was super helpful, welcoming, and made everything easy for us. We had a great night at her place and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"

"The property is close to old city andpublic beach to swim. It is also walking distance to the Best Restaurnt in Split named LAF. The beakfast is not very impressive. Do not leave anything tasty on the ground, the ants will be there in a few minutes. You need to go up by stairs since no elevator. Parking fee or anything else must be paid cash."

"The room was not clean We had to pay cash (first time paying cash - a big amount of money) not fun at all The bed wasn’t comfortable at all Good location"
