"The check-in staff were rude, disinterested, surly. when asked why I was still waiting after the check in time the response I received was " you have to be patient, it's a big room". I arrived early , not only did they not use initiative and get the room prepared, they seemed to think making me wait beyond 3pm was perfectly ok.
