"This hotel is in a perfect location. Just a 5 minute walk to Praca do Comercio. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Wonderful greeting at check in and quick. Beds and linen are luxurious. Would rate as a 5 star hotel. The welcome gift was a nice touch! Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting. You will not be disappointed. "

"The property is incredible and the location can't be beat. Rooms were clean and filled with charm. This was our second stay. The change we noticed was the hotel desk staff sat all day and were not helpful at all. They actually watched us struggling with our bags and never moved or offered assistance. Upon check-in the same thing happened, we had to ask if they could help us with our bags. "
"Staff are so helpful with recommendations. Very friendly. Only complaint would be better lighting in the bathroom and the shower leaked onto the floor everytime. Otherwise it was fantastic "
