"Wonderful hotel. We enjoyed the charm of both the hotel and the neighbourhood. If you are looking for a place fully modern, this hotel is not for you. But if you are looking for a charming, quiet hotel with wonderful staff, this is for you. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a plus as well."

"The hotel itself was really nice and well maintained. It looked pretty and the staff was friendly. My issue was my room smelled really bad. Like a mixture of unpleasant body odor and cigarettes. Unfortunately there were no available rooms to switch to. The staff tried to help and provided a spray but it didn’t seem to work. For 3 days the unpleasant odor was there. Sintra was such a beautiful town but everything closes down early and it wasn’t great going back to a smelly room."

"The place is perfect for stay with pets. Property has garden and plenty of green space where you can walk your pet. Premisses are clean, well maintained. The host is friendly. we have been in this resort already twice and can recommend it as pleasant and enjoyable."

"The most fabulous place to stay in Cascais! Beautiful hotel, very high end with beautiful rooms. The property is very peaceful and exceptionally clean. The gym and spa is very well appointed and the pool out front is lovely and relaxed for a dip, or to lounge around in the sun with a book to relax. I ate at the hotel breakfast, lunch and dinner on various days during my stay and the food was Absoloutely delicious and beautifully presented. Every staff member I met was so lovely and kind. The service was exceptional and I felt so at home. Very beautiful hotel, but it does not feel stuffy or potentious, just classy and chilled. Huge parking on site for the car, but a beautiful walk along the prom back to town along the waterside if you prefer. I will definitely be back, and recommend to anyone, a lovely place to stay in Cascais area ❤️."

"Hotel was upscale with very nice terrace rooms. They offered good dinning choices for breakfast lunch and dinner if you chose to stay on. The are right in the centre of the old town which offers many dinning options on all budgets. The hotel is hard to find as the old town is situated behind barriers which requires a QR code to enter which is supplied by the hotel an hour prior to arrival. But if you blink near the entrance it’s another 20 minute drive to go around again."

"Great location, absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean. However, the reception area could use a little love and looked very messy. I honestly felt like leaving until I saw the rooms and changed my mind. First impressions are very important to me."

"Although we arrived a little late the staff was more than willing to help us. The location is right in the middle of everything. You can walk to restaurants and right by the trails (it's still quite a walk) to the National Palace and Moorish Castle. Our room opened up to the street so there was quite a bit of street noise, but I didn't mind."
