"We could not stay in the room we booked because it was on the second floor and I’m handicap and the hotel did not have an elevator , so they give me another room not handicap accessible they had none available. I paid for a suite with a Jacuzzi. And I end up getting a standard room, not accessible. There was nothing else available at this hotel or the other two in that town. I will be calling hotels.com to discuss my room rate. I was overcharged for that type of room. Plus, the hot tub in the main pool area is broke down."

"Clean, comfy, quiet room with everything I needed for a perfect night's stay at a great price. Parking was easy. Check in/out was easy. Everything in the room was in working order. Breakfast, while continental, was a strong offering for a continental breakfast. (Lots of items to mix and match. Bananas were actually yellow, whereas a lot of other places they tend to be past their ideal stage.) Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks!"
