"We’ve stayed before, We will stay again sometime, Motel rooms are a commodity and the market is fluid, This one has been fine for us and we appreciate it, The breakfast is definitely spartan but the rooms have been clean. We justneed a place to sleep confortably at night. So farm Cobblestone has been fine."

"The place was very run down. The price was great but wish they could fix something. Ceiling in bathroom was ruined, bathroom floor cracked. Light by window was coming off the ceiling. Window was propped with a stick to prevent people from coming in I assume. Pool needed a new paint job on the bottom. Bed was hard. A safe place to sleep but definitely needs a good remodel."

"Shared parling with restaurant next door made it nearly impossible to find parking after 7pm. The room had some sort of odor to it, but it wasn't air freshener (musty). Shampoo in the shower was empty, still on the wall, but empty. The so-called breakfast was a joke. Stale bagels, waffles, but no syrup. There was coffee, but nothing else. No juice of any kind, not even ice water. I personally will never stay again."

"It was clean and neat. The rooms had a single air conditioner in the wall by the restroom so had to have it on high fan and temperature low to cool the room. Needs a grab bar by the bathtub ease getting in and out——bigger shower head not much water pressure. No real amenities but a snack and pop machine would be nice. The TV screen only put the picture on 1/2 of the screen could not get it to change. These are very minor issues for the price it was great however I need to mention that the...

"It was a convenient place to stay. Everything was perfectly acceptable for a no nonsense motel. I would have appreciated a slightly better mattress but for the price it’s hard to complain."

"There was no closet in this room, only a rack to hang a couple of garments on. Would have been nice to have an ironing board and an iron in the room as well, thank goodness I took my own steamer. Definitely no frills"
