"The hotel has no parking or area for unloading luggage, I had to double-park on the street to unload my car. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned before I checked in. There were food scraps on the chair. The shower water pressure was so low that I had trouble washing my hair. Water pooled in the shower during my first use. There was a nightstand on only one side of the bed. During my two-night stay, there were several incidents of guests shouting in the hotel hallways throughout the night until...

"Overall, the hotel's convenient location and the cleanliness of the room contributed positively to my experience. However, I must express my disappointment with a specific issue concerning the bathroom. I found that the presence of two half-used toilet paper rolls was quite unpleasant and did not meet the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel. Cleanliness and attention to detail are vital aspects of hospitality, and this oversight detracted from my otherwise satisfactory experience."

"Room was clean and neat. Went in Jun 2026 it appears that the building is undergoing remodeling. The pool was closed, fitness center was closed and one of the elevators was out of order. Plently of parking with convenient entrances. They provided complimentary refreshments in the morning such as muffins and juice. Full breakfast was not a option available at the time of the visit. Staff were pretty friendly. Nothing bad to say."
