"We enjoyed a 2 night stay at the DiMoras house in Verona; the location was convenient, between the train station and the old town, making it easy to exploret the city. Wasn’t sure how it would work without staff onsite, but the property mgr provided detailed instructions and videos for how to locate the building and room, and was able to use my phone to open all of the doors — everything ended up being very easy! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great!"
