"They did not clean the room nor made the bed nor change the towels ever. Intercom downstairs does not work. Elevator is extra small, dirty and terrifying, I only used it once and it got stuck. Once you get inside the building, there are no automatic lights, very dark, you have to find them and turn them on."

"Booked this motel through expedia late at night as I was travelling. Received confirmation. Shortly after midnight we arrived at this motel and it was a ghost town. No receptionist. Only a buzzer for a receptionist. Buzzed several times. No answer. Called several times and no answer. We had to sleep in our car. When asked for a refund the next day, they kept the money. Did not refund."

"Excelente lugar para pasar la noche. El personal muy amable y disupuesto a ayudar. También muy hermoso el lugar y la habitación. El balcón amplio. Hay aire acondicionado, agua caliente. Un calentador de agua para hacer té o café. En general estuvo muy bien. Lo recomendaría! Al otro día fuimos al parque nacional que queda a 10min en carro"
