"Great B&B run by a lovely couple, perfect for an overnight stay. Delicious, generous breakfast. We did experience a little noise from the road, but ear plugs were provided & it didn't impact on our stay. Would definitely recommend and return if we were in the area. "

"Overall good stay. Hotel was busy with mix of guests including wedding, leisure, spa and families. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Parking adequate. Room comfortable. Pool facilities good overall, although tend to become less relaxing when more guests arrive, so we relished the quieter moments. "

"Great place to stay, service and food was outstanding in the pub for dinner, the rooms were quirky and very clean, if you like an old building with character the windmill will be a good fit "

"It is fabulous being in the grounds of Leeds Castle as it is such a beautiful setting. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only improvement I could suggest was an additional arm chair in our room so we could both sit in comfort. However that is a very minor point as overall the whole experience was perfect."

"I had a wonderful stay, very comfortable. A gorgeous room, spacious, with lots of lovely touches. A facinating property, with lots of history & incredible owners. So welcoming, who really made you feel valued, like home from home. Would definitely stay again 😊"

"Very cosy and warm, steep steps up to room and parking a few minutes walk away. A wonderful view to wake up to overlooking the river Medway. No breakfast inc and it’s not clear reading the other reviews, I think it’s overpriced without breakfast. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. If you are a light sleeper noisy traffic in the background also. The host was friendly. "

"We stayed at Hogwarts before a cycling event called Chase the Sun. We couldn't have been happier, Rosie welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. We had access to a full kitchen with a full array of snacks, tea/coffee available to us 24/7. The room we booked had ample space for our bikes and kit in the conservatory that was attached to the bedroom. "Although some areas could take a lick of paint, this traditional country house hotel was just what we wanted pre our Le Shuttle journey. The staff are an absolute credit to hospitality, the food is delicious and the bed was comfy, great shower pressure and peace and quiet plus safe parking. "

"We enjoyed our stay and it was very reasonably priced for a Saturday night. However, there was red stains all over the carpet in the room and there was one pillow that stank of cigarettes, which is obviously disgusting. We slept ok though and it was quiet."

"Stayed here while going to a friends wedding in the local area. Created to really friendly staff and check in was a breeze. The room was compact but had everything we needed, comfy bed and even a little hamper with slippers, teas coffee and milk. Hotel is above a pub though there’s a separate entrance so coming and going was easy. Would recommend if you’re near by."
