"Rooms clean and large. Bed and pillows good. Need a free breakfast for guests only wanting something small. Great location. Other places such as Hampton Inn and Durey have free breakfast and Druey has a free afternoon lunch. Staff and all other workers were great answering questions and giving directions."

"Great location with paid parking, and kitchen amenities. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the river and downtown but is in a quiet area with the occasional train passing through which I didn’t mind. The staff were nice and friendly."

"There were spider webs on the back of the TV, one of lights over the bed was broken off, the plugs by the bed didn't work, the bed linen, wash cloths and towels had stains on them and some of the lamps didn't work"

"Parking being included was the only perk. The staff was rude, the place is old and run down. The shower was dirty and held together with electric tape, water pressure was terrible. You could here the people next to you through the adjoining door all night. You could here the people behind you through the vents in the bathroom, and smell their weed...the door to the outside let in light and bugs all the way around. Breakfast was coffee and a busted juice dispenser and empty waffle batter machine...

"The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, it looks like a studio apartment. I will be visiting Jacksonville in September and I will be staying at the Home 2 Suites at 600 Park Street again. That’s how comfortable I fell staying there."

"We traveled for my son’s track meet. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen to prep race day meals and the complementary laundry facilities to clean his uniform in between races."

"The toilet was dirty with black gunk underneath the toilet bowl! Not enough towels. The lady at the front desk was not nice when I asked her for a room by the pool she added that you must specify if you went through a third party!"

"Just a basic hotel- elevator needs to be worked on. The elevator makes weird noise and drops when it gets to each floor"

"We like this hotel but found our most recent visit lacking. First, the hotel is going through a MAJOR but needed update- I look forward to seeing the results. We were put on a wing of the hotel that was under going rennovations- all the doorways along the hallway were either cracked open or fully open. The room smelled funny, but the AC worked. The issue we had was the fire alarm went off randomly. We had to call the front desk to come take the alarm down. Then it didn't have batteries so they...

"everyone was friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely concerned about the comfort of their guests. Manager walked around at breakfast asking how we were doing. VERY PLEASED!"
