"Our room was partially below grade and we arrived at the tail end of a heat wave. The AC was left off and the room was very moist, like sheets felt damp. "The lake is beautiful. Check in was at 4PM - lots of rooms were not ready. Our first room was directly beside the coffee shop. I did ask to be moved. No real concern from the staff at all. I did book and pay for a room with a balcony with courtyard view. Ended up with a room that did have a balcony that looked into trees. Bed was awful.
