"Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. Hulbert house sets the standard, and few others deserve to be in the same category.
Staff are always keen to help and would put in a lot of nice touches. Particularly love how they would put a couple bottles of water in the car as they pull the car out for you. Also the 5pm canapé/wine were nice (great sav...

"Morgan in the front office made our stay amazing!! She upgraded our room to one with a spectacular, 180 degree view of Lake Wakatipu. She answered all my questions about where to eat, where to walk and how to manage all things Queenstown. The room was super clean, well appointed, a short walk to the city center and very spacious. If we make it back to Queenstown from the U.S., we will stay at the Alexis!"
