I was upgraded to the Executive Shotover Suite which was spacious and warmed by fireplace that was double-sided between the lounge and bedroom. "Great location and room was still new enough to be in a lovely condition. Easy check in and check out, with a convenient restaurant and bar on site. The let down comes from house-keeping. The vanity in the bathroom had a blue ring (soap or similar) when we arrived and even when we asked for the bathroom to be restocked (toilet paper! An essential) as well as cleaned, they didn't do it. We had to go downstairs to FOH who gave us two rolls. This was on the second day of asking. FOH staff also...
