"I wish my room had a place to hang my clothes and jacket. The grout on the bathroom floor was all black. I would not walk bare feet on the bathroom. Other than that, i have no complains. All other areas of the place looks clean enough. Its a simple room. Its quiet spacious and have good water pressure. I felt safe staying in this motel. If youre not too picky and just need a place to stay, this is a good place."

"Very LA cute outer appearance, easy parking, easy meal option for a nice Denny’s in attached parking lot, good location off the 405, near the 101 and short drive from bustling Encino Commons area. Very helpful & attentive staff. Amenities in the room were a bit inconsistent in that electrical outlets in one area of the room never worked snd the coffee machine didn’t work either (even with outlets that were functional). "Awesome location and easy check in with paid parking garge. Walkable to a few restaurants but mostly ate at Whole Foods across the street. It is right off the freeway and next to a gas station. There is mall short drive down the street. If its not rush hour traffic we drove to beverly hills and santa monica pier within 30 min. The hotel looks new or renovated. Thanks for the stay"

"They changed it a lot and not for the better. They removed their iconic gift shop completely. TV’s in the room don’t face the bed or any seating in the room (very weird). The bar is still expensive, but the food menu has drunk. They have downsized a lot. I was extremely disappointed with the stay. The Hotel Bel Air is not the iconic place it once was, sadly. "

"The room was so clean!!! I was very impressed with the detail they put in. Clean bathroom (behind the toilet too)Clean behind the furniture. The bedding was a little thin but you can just adjust the temp in the room. Great location!"
