"The air conditioning was not working on the second floor. We had to change rooms due to a tub leak and a strong smell of mildew the second day. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very kind and responsive."

"Cool room and great restaurants in hotel. Nice outdoor area. Gym is used for PT sessions at the busiest times so not ideal for hotel guests to use. The sockets in the room and some of the fixings in need of repair and tired. Bed too firm and the room was too dark overall"

"Great pub, handy located, great service, parking on the street close by very affordable as long as you are away with the car during the day (paid is 0800 till 20:00) so if you come in after 19:00 and leave around 0900 you pay 2 pound for the parking"

"The room was clean but the decor and condition outdated and poor. There appears to have been no updating or redecorating since I last stayed here 10 years ago. No breakfast as they no longer have dining facilities."

"Beware of hotels that book large conference groups. There were two large groups, one that partied outside our window until midnight. We could not access our original rooms as the lift was broken and my 89 year old mother could not go up the stairs. The receptionist was more interested in checking out the split ends in her hair than she was in trying to accommodate us with new rooms. When they finally did give us rooms, we had to haul five suitcases, a car seat, a two year old and my Mom in her...

"My wife and I took the local transportation from Heathrow to the hotel. When we arrived there was no one at the counter and a small line had formed, two gentleman came to the desk about five minutes later and got the line down. We were informed that we booked an ADA room, no worries. We checked in and got to our room. It was very clean and made a great spot to rest for our flight the next morning. We enjoyed the included breakfast which was a wonderful touch. "
