The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating - just truly wonderful in every way. The breakfast alone is a reason to stay here - one of the best breakfasts we’ve had! We were on a tight schedule a few mornings and we still had multiple delicious courses. Definitely book this hotel for your stay in Nagoya!"

"I would consider this a five-star hotel! The staff was friendly, accommodating and the surrounding area is clean and walkable. We shipped our luggage to the hotel and they were already in our room when we arrived. The rooms are very spacious (also full-sized bathtub) with snacks and drinks provided in the small fridge (also wine was provided for weary travelers). "Great apartment just a bit of a walk from Ueno Station. The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile with a a bit of a fuss and little gift for my daughters birthday. Onsite carparking for dropoff and pickup - not sure for longterm though. Good area - quiet inside. Would stay there again."

"We had a pleasant stay although only one night. We drove and car park just next to the hotel and just Yen 1,000 per night. The room is a bit bigger than normal room size in Japan. The hotel is using ReFa for air dryer and shower head which is very impressive. Staff is very polite and have smile on their face all the time. Breakfast is is delicious although not much choice. It fille up my stomach though. "
