"Lobby was lovely and updated with beautiful water fountain. Staff were extremely helpful. Parking was a nightmare, paid to have it included in our room but gate never worked properly, room key was supposed to open gate and we had to call for them to open & close every time we left lot. Pool area could use a refresh, tiles missing or uneven, lots of hair all around pool area (had a cheerleading conference there) and kids splash pad has turf missing in areas. The locked gates to the pool are off...
