"We have been coming here for the last few years for the Durango Iron Horse Classic tour. We stay in the cabins. The cabins are cleans, beds are comfortable, and the property is chill. The cabins have running water and air conditioning. Great bargain overall."

However, the outside corridors were filthy and smelled horrible near the garbage. The interior wall between the 2 beds had something spilled on it, the floors were filthy in the corners.
