"When I arrived the front desk staff was helping a gentleman. She was friendly, took her time, conversational. I approached. She was short, nasty, REPEATEDLY called my service animal a pet after multiple corrections, wanted my credit card for “incidentals” but couldn’t define incidentals and got irritated when I wasn’t willing to provide my credit card for something without knowing what fell under the umbrella of “incidentals”. Then to top it off, told me my room was at the end of the hall and called the next customer up and acted like I was the problem when I asked for a key. She swore she gave me one. I knew she didn’t, she REPEATEDLY told me to relax (I was fine) that she would just give me another one. No. You have to give me a first one to give me “another one.” And when I pointed that out, she again told me to calm down it wasn’t a big deal. She had been incredibly rude start to finish, tried to pass her incompetence off in me, and acted as if I was the issue. I walked away and she couldn’t have been nicer to the next person in line. So either she doesn’t like women or dogs. I don’t care which, she was rude and nasty. Topping it all off, I took my SD out to go the the bathroom, she was outside on her phone complaining about a “stupid woman and her dog.” I’ll never return to this location. The next staff said she was “following policy”. If that’s policy, they don’t know how to treat ADA customers."
