"We loved our stay here the staff in opal lounge (arjanve, mary and sopo) were amazing. They suggested places to visit with kids and could not do enough for us. Rakesh in the restaurant downstairs was great he washed out babys bottle and filled it with milk, as did the ladies here. We travelled with two small kids (2y and 4y). "The hotel staff are very pleasant and the beach club staff are exceptional. I paid extra for the option of having a beach club (5 min walk down from the hotel) so be able to relax after site-seeing. The spa is ok - sauna is a bit funky smelling and could do with renovation. Also, though there are signs asking for guests to be quiet, the hotel does nothing to stop loud groups taking selfies in the area - NOT relaxing at all. This is pricey, but there are so many great food options in close...

"Location is perfect, short walk to good restaurants and supermarkets. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the balcony is too tight to feel comfortable tho, but the view from the marina was beautiful! Air conditioning for me was the best I ever had in Malta. One star removed because the breakfast was underwhelming, bacon could be crispy, not a lot of fresh options either, no poured coffee only from those machines. Pool could’ve be bigger but we always found room for us, if I could ask for one...

"Great stay. Room was clean reception as friendly n helpful. The hotel location could not be any better, just a few steps from key attractions in Valletta and the ferry wharf. We started going out early in the morning some time have the whole area for ourselves, came back for breakfast, then the whole of Valletta is packed with people especially after the cruise ship arrival."
