"Expedia listing did not say the room I booked was basically a basement prison cell without the benefit of a window. Horrible. No one answers the phone at this property. When you call the number on Google you get charged, even if you hang up the moment you hear the voice saying you’ll be charged. Car Park blocked by bad parker , despite telling the front desk, car did not move so I had to park off site. Never stay at any hotel managed by this chain for the sketchy phone system alone. "We had a lovely stay, easy to find with nice touches of bread jam cereal and eggs. Would like a bedside lamp to be able to read and a small hoover or broom as we were staying a week .but apart from that couldn’t fault it at all, lovely to meet the owners who were helpful and friendly . Huge comfy bed and nice to be able to do the washing as the weather wasn’t good "
