"Perfect location if you need to stay near a tube station tons of shops unfortunately was a bit let down by the stay because when I checked in the bed that was assigned to me clearly still had not been turned over was given another bed and had left for the evening and when I returned someone was occupying it. So since it was late and no staff around I took one of the other beds that weren't turned over yet but empty to be able to sleep. The mattress needs to be swapped out as there is no cushion...

"The room was clean as well as the linens. The mattress was kind of cheap, maybe 3 inches thick. You could sleep but it was somewhat uncomfortable. Reminded me of the cots when I was a counselor at a summer camp. There was cracks in the brick walls, the rooms had some spackal but wasn't painted. Bathrooms with showers were always flooded with water so there must had been leaks from the shower. I loved the staff. There were very kind and helped me get around the city. Good food!!"

"The place was very noisy- you can easily hear everyone in the hallway walking past and slamming their doors. Every time a nearby door was shut, our door rattled. The showers were dirty, with massive smears of hair left on the side. I couldn't bring myself to use them, even on one of the hottest days of the year after a packed concert. The place is very stuffy, a little fan was provided but it didn't do much. When we got in from the concert, the beds were not made- not sure if it was purposeful,...

"Overall the room fit our needs perfectly. To be fair the hot weather made for uncomfortable sleeping. The breakfast was excellent - a really wide selection"
