Excellent stay and truly outstanding service. After my partner accidentally left her watch in the shower, we realised once we were already at the airport. One phone call was all it took and the staff immediately found it, safely kept it and returned it to us when we came back into the country. Honest, helpful and professional service like this really stands out. Highly recommend this hotel near Heathrow T5.
