"The excellent: the location, luxury, feel, staff. The only downside for one star off, is no air conditioning. Even in May, one evening it was fairly warm, and we would have appreciated AC. The hotel is very fancy, which is not necessarily our cup of tea--ie, dinner is pre fixe. This is in contrast to the only other hotel down the only street, which is very informal. "Amazing views from the hotel, breakfast and dinner ok nothing special. Our room really needed maintenance. One wall was really moist (picture), we went to wellness area and when we were checking out they wanted us to pay 12€/guest, but I complained because the jacuzzi was not in use and the saunas were not hot, so we were there max 10minutes. People working in the hotel are very friendly and nice."
