"Saturday night at the pizza place was utter chaos. The wait staff were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Took forever to order. Then with food delivery it was just nuts. No one knew which table for which order! Completely unorganized. Not the level of service one would expect from a Marriott resort like this.
Then today when we had confirmed reservations for luggage pickup at 7:30 am and a water taxi at 8, and we were there at the dock before 8, we learned that no such reservations had been made, even though I had an email stating that we were confirmed for the service. The wonderful employee at the dock jumped through hoops to make it work for us. I paid $400 for the airport transfers in all, and believe I deserve some type of compensation for this failure. So far, no response from hotel staff. Again, very disappointing for a Marriott resort at this level. Will not be returning."
