Very conveniently located near a major dock. Sound-proofing of the windows is very impressive, so no worries about sound. Bed ultra comfortable and Pino gave great advice for someone who didn’t want to see ‘everything’ but just what was worth a visit. Great option if the expensive rooms on the island are too small...

"Overall it was good, but the interior didn't match the pictures, and there weren't many kitchen utensils. Only one room got sunlight in the morning. Even then, it didn't get any sun for the rest of the day. But since we were out most of the time, it wasn't a huge problem. There was a heatwave and it was incredibly hot outside, but the AC worked so well that it was great coming back to the hotel. On the plus side, there are two bathrooms and the space is quite large."

No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."

"This was a lovely property on a small canal, not facing across from Venice. It had a wonderful included breakfast. It was convenient to the vaporetta stop. The only thing missing was the air conditioning. It had not been turned on for the season yet. "

"Bath rooms tiny, water pressure low, transportation inconvenient and difficult during high tide. Apt. Very clean and good for family and groups not interested in eating in due to second bedroom/dining room combo. For non initiated with sanitation rules somewhat inconvenient."
