"3pm check in turned out to be 4 pm although they gave us a complementary drink to compensate. Common lift areas smelt of vomit and unbearable. Rooms were great though. Limited food choices for vegetarians and local restaurants in murano were shut hence not a great experience. "

The hotel is let down by some of the staff who are not super friendly and we didn’t always feel welcomed. The aircon in our room was also broken. " The rooms and facilities are clean . All the staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean except that the wash sink drainage is quite slow. No restaurant in the hotel but there is breakfast service everyday for 8 Euro - it has good variety of traditional breakfast items.
