"I absolutely love the property, it was very clean and it was just very cute. The owner was amazing and helpful. We got ther late amd he left us all the instructions. I loved the area where it was located. They think of everything, I felt like I was in a boutique hotel. It is very close to the water taxi too. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Can’t say enough about this great little find. It is truly a boutique hotel less then 10 rooms but very gracious size compared to most of Europes hotels we are a family of 3. The staff and management triveso are excellent. Perfectly located on the canal but actually tucked in a corner so limits noise for the most part. Everything at. Your door step and you can take the water bus just a 2 min walk. The special room treats made it extra nice."

"Hotel was really lovely with a real Italian charm. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and you could help yourself with tea, coffee and pastries throughout your stay. They have a great view of the canals as well. Bathroom with modern amenities and stocked with everything you need. They even have hair conditioners! Situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend this place on your trip to Venice."

"I just can’t believe it’s a 4 star hotel with an average service. Room is covered by dust, hairdryer is kind of broken, they provide a cheap shampoo & shower in one small bottle even without conditioner. Reception staff are a little bit cold and treat people differently. With their price, you could do better."

"5 Stars for the Spa and Elisabetta who is always always the best and never disappoints. However we had a very bumpy check in unfortunately this time. No special treatment for Expedia Platinum Members. Loud music in room but thankfully was dealt with after being shown two different rooms that were not up to standard (one with a very dirty wall and the other with a horrible dirty view.) Will be returning in the Fall and hope that we have a better stay then. We have always had great experiences and...
