"The staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an added touch of wallpaper with a nice picture inside the shower. The room also had a terrace where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or wine."

"I was not happy with my experience. Had to wait outside with no instructions how to get in when finally a guest opened the door only because he was on his way out!! Waited over 20 minutes after a long day taking trains and boat ride. They even make you pay for a bottle of water!"

"Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop. Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel. This was our second stay. It’s in a beautiful building on a canal. It has a Venice vibe and is very good value. Unfortunately, we did not get the best room - near the bar and the bar toilets. We only stayed two nights and arrived late on the first night so decided not to move rooms. I would use the hotel again but ask for a room away from the bar and overlooking the canal."

"Great hotel located at city central. Just 13 minutes walk from the ferry station. Closed to most of the tourist spots. Helpful staff and they have a good breakfast. They have their own dock if you want a private water taxi!"

"El hotel esta bien ubicado, cerca de la parada del Vaporetto, lo cual es conveniente, no hay que caminar mas que un minuto y estas en el hotel. la parada del Vaporetto te lleva a el Aeropuerto de Venecia(Marco Polo), tambien puedes tomarlo en la Terminal de tren en Sta. Lucia. te recomiendo comprar un pase de vaporetto para movilizarse, con este pase pueden visitar las islas de murano, butano, Tortocelo, y otros puntos de la isla de venecia, mas economico y tienen el tiempo disponible para...

"This travelers haven is by far one of the best we've stayed at. It's new and modern with every amenity you could ask for. Our included breakfast in our room was fabulous and we felt like royalty. "Our room was nice when we got to it. 2 flights of stairs with suitcases was not appealing but staff helped us on arrival and upon departure. Checking in at a different location than we were staying was a little inconvenient, but the staff was helpful by walking us to our accommodations and answering questions."
