"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

"It was incredible in every way. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & kind & called water taxis for us & answered any questions we had about the area. They made our 2 nights in Venice much easier as I was traveling with my parents who have some Mobility issues. Our private terrace was so picturesque & perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The attached restaurant was delicious……lasagna & tiramisu 2 nights in a row!! "

"Chambre impeccable, grand lit confortable, télévision connectée, salle de bain au top et une vue magnifique sur le canal depuis le balcon. Le personnel est très sympathique et parle français. Ils nous ont proposé de garder nos bagages quand nous avons rendu la clé pour que nous puissions profiter de la journée léger. Le trajet de l hôtel à la chambre se fait très facilement et rapidement. Je reviendrai avec plaisir si j’en ai l occasion. "
