"La camera era molto pulita, fornita e funzionale per una famiglia con due bimbe di 8 e 10 anni. Il personale educato e cortese. La colazione ricca e varia, il ristorante ottimo soprattutto la sera del cenone di Capodanno, non scontata. Gestito perfettamente anche un piccolo imprevisto legato ad una visita omaggiata dall’hotel presso una delle vetrerie storiche del posto. Insomma una vacanza meravigliosa!"

"We stayed here from Oct 9-11, 2025. The place is so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were planning to stay in Venice but we were glad that we stayed in Murano instead. The place is only a ferry/boat away from Venice. Our room was clean, also they offer breakfast. We would come back here again. "

"The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk.."

"quarto excelente, os funcionários simpáticos e a localização do hotel muito boa, pois fica próximo à estação dos barcos, o que facilita muito para carregar as malas. O Hotel fica em uma região mais residencial, o que é foi ótimo pois é mais tranquilo e silencioso."

"Great hidden spot "

" The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular. I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive.. "
