"The rooms were cleaned and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good.Now the restaurant review.Nice set up and atmosphere but if you are really hungry I would recommend going to one of restaurants around Murano instead."

"Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast. Did not like the over the bath shower. I have arthritis and getting into and then out of the bath to have a shower was difficult, even dangerous. There were no grab rails and the shampoo and conditioner were at the far end of the bath, totally wrong position. Also the bath plug was broken and needed to be replaced. Staff dealt with this very quickly and efficiently and were apologetic. In summary, excellent staff, poor room."

"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."

"Beautiful and well decorated room with AC (marble floors, glass chandelier, comfortable beds, very clean and good size), quiet and convenient location as well - in its immediate area there were some restaurants, a grocery store, and only about 5-7 min walk to Fondamente Nove. But walk 5 minutes in the opposite direction to a busier area with lots of shopping and restaurants. It’s not a full service hotel (they don’t consider themselves a hotel at all) but that was ok because we didn’t need it...

"Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop. Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it."

"The property was converted from an old monastery. It has picturesque courtyards, free breakfast and a restaurant with indoor and outside seating. Hotel guests receive a 10% dining discount. You can reach the hotel from the Venice airport via water taxi. It docks at pier A a few steps away from the hotel. Very clean and very spacious, though no TV in the room."

"Venice Venice is right now my new favorite hotel in town. Its location is perfect, far enough from the crowds but at the same time near every main attraction. The vibe is great, modern Venetian atmosphere and decorated with tasteful art.
