Spacious apartement with minor issues

The apartment looks nice and it is very spacious. There is a bedroom and a loft and a couch for sleeping. Murano is a great location for visiting venice in the tourist season as you get away from the tourist pressure in the city center and feel like you are part of the local community. With a vaporetto 7 day pass you get around anywhere easily. The appartement was clean except for lots of dog hair on the couch. It has a moldy basement kind of smell you notice when you enter, but i guess many of these old houses around venice are the same due to the aquatic environement. There are some minor things they could do to really improve the experience, like fixing the loose baseboards in the bedroom, make sure the pots and pans work with the cook top, add some extra garbage bags and update the instructions on how to dispose of garbage, and fix the temperature adjustment on the AC. With AC on it is very cold so you have to turn it on and off to regulate the temperature to normal room temperature. All in all we had a great time on Murano, and i can easily recommend the appartement for Family travellers.
