"We loved being out in the beautiful countryside in this sweet croft cottage. Our host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided gave us lots of choices and was very generous each day. We had a spacious sitting room and bathroom as well. Thank you so much Eileen!"

"This is our second stay at the Firth Hotel and really enjoyed it again. The rates are very competitive and cheerful as well as not breaking the bank are massive pluses. The rooms are clean, lovely sea view, very quiet, staff make check in easy. It's peaceful and a lovely staycation destination. Rooms despite being budget have a fan and a fridge as well as hairdryer, iron and decent pillows. The Smugglers bar is not far away with comfy seats and friendly locals and reasonable drink and food...

"This property is in need of significant maintenance. As we walked through the front entrance, we noticed that part of the roof above the entryway was missing, which made for a poor first impression. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the kindness shown during check-in. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It lacked basic amenities, and the balcony was unkempt. Even more frustrating, the balcony door/window was completely locked and could not be...
