"The staff was wonderful especially the concierge. The rooms are a bit dated and the shower did not drain. The toilet tank cover was cracked and difficult to flush. You could see the dust around the edges of the room and behind and under the furniture. Parking was outrageously expensive. There should be a lower price for those staying at the hotel."

"Overall it’s fair to stay there. First of all, it’s our first family trip to DC, and we don’t really know the hotel doesn’t offer on site parking until we got there for check in. So we had the valet parking for the staying days and tipped the driver after checked out. Basically it’s $200 extra. Well, we do understand the hotel locates in the city, so it’s kind of fair. Secondly, the carpets in the room is pretty old and dirty, it has stains that could be seen. So I let my kids have their shoes on most of the time. The room keeper did the great job, at least the towels were clean. If the boss can upgrade the carpets and more, I would like to give another chance to stay here when we visit DC again. Thanks!"

"Front-desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Loved the amenities available in case you've forgotten something. The hotel is a great efficient and inexpensive option for business travel. Breakfast buffet is an excellent deal for the money as well. All of my basic needs were thoughtfully met. Francisca at the bar was lovely, too!"
