I had an issue with a loud heater/blower in my room and the front desk agent moved us right away. She was very kind. "

"Building is obviously older and beginning to run down. The room tv’s aren’t able to connect to the internet so you can’t stream from their tv. Bed was comfortable, a/c and heat kept the room a comfortable temp, and the breakfast good. "

"This hotel is listed as pet-friendly, but the listing and website do not explain there is a $50 temporary charge, in case of damages, and an additional $30 pet fee that is non-refundable. There is no designated outdoor pet area or place to dispose of waste, so it was obvious that many people didn't clean up after their dogs. In addition, there were some areas in the parking lot and grassy area that had small pieces of broken glass. The condition of the room was below average with a loose...

"Pool was closed. Room was gross. Back of the building had OSB sheathing covering im assuming a giant hole. "

"Employee at the front desk had obviously just finished smoking marijuana and the lobby smelled quite strongly of it. The AC unit in our room was so loud that we had to shut it off to sleep. The ceiling was falling down in the shower in our room. Great location though! "
