"Awesome historical inn. The rooms were filled with antiques and the history was wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor, next to the main street, which was pretty loud in our room, though we were so tired each evening, it didn't affect our sleeping. There is only a elevator to the 2nd floor, so you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. We ate at the restaurant both nights, outdoor seating was great, and so was the food! Highly recommend this lovely...

"Jessica at the front desk is an asset to this location. Friendly, prompt and so very nice. Sandra did a great job with breakfast too. Just a very nice stay. Only issue was a family with children staying long term due to a house fire. They were horrible to the employees and other guests. Manager said owner was reluctant to say anything to them . Teenage boys were allowed to wander the halls and plug up public bathrooms. Staff did a great job attempting to ask them to behave. But they were...

"They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! "It was time to stop and came across this place on Expedia so decided to book a room. Check in location is not in the same building so had to locate it to get checked in. Lady was very friendly checking us in. We were on 2nd floor. The elevator was old and dirty. Our room was ok. Bathroom was clean and bed was clean. It’s a very dated place. The outside needs a great deal of work to make it more attractive. You can tell the outside is way behind in needing updating. Breakfast was very limited...

"The room was great, the hotel was clean. The only issue take your own towels and quilts! We only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. We all took a shower upon arriving, we went out when we came back we asked for a couple more towels and all they had were two wash cloths they had nothing else. Asked again in the morning when we got up to take showers-still nothing. Also asked for another quilt we were cold and were told they had none. They really need to invest in more towels, bed quilts and wash...

"The room was dated but clean and had every convenience. The bed was comfortable, there were several TV channels to choose from, a nice refrigerator and microwave and even an ironing board and iron. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating and I’ll stay there again next trip. "

"Have stayed at this property several times with excellent experiences. However, there was a noticeable difference in this stay. The entire back wall of the shower had been shattered and patched back together with epoxy. A very shabby repair and less than welcoming. Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person....

"Didn’t stay long enough to give reviews on everything. However they are people loving in this motel. Outside was filthy, and the rooms worse. Mold and urine stains all over the mattresses, actual blood or what appeared to be on the wall in the bathroom, cigarettes burns on the sink. This place should be removed from Expedia!! Demanded refund and am reporting to the health department. "
