"I was locked out of my room for 12 hours because the lock wasn’t working. Tried 4 new keys and no one knew how to change the battery on the lock until the next shift came in. Every time I needed back in my room I had to go find the front desk person and have them unlock my door with the master key. Do you know how hard it is to always find a person at the front desk on a weekday??? They would put a sign out on the counter when no one was there and it said to ring the bell or call a certain phone...

"This is a nice facility. It is not cleaned well at all. Needs to have much better vacuuming. Made our stay not so pleasant. Ketchup on the wall by the cooktop. Cooktop was very dirty, gross. I would not stay here again. All due to the fact they don't clean stuff."

"The staff was friendly and quick to answer questions. It was in a safe area with quick access to Ames and Iowa State campus. The room and shared spaces were clean. The room had blackout curtains that did their job well. The air-conditioning was easy to adjust in the room and was not noisy. Our room had a microwave and fridge that were very clean and functional.
