"Solid property with open common areas and a lovely breezy, tropical feel. Our room was spacious and fairly well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure strong. There was a distinct shortage of electrical outlets and those they did have were behind furniture or not in front of a table or desk so devices had to sit on the ground when charging. It also had one of those glass walls between the bathroom and the rest of the room - thankfully there were shutters (!), but when you turn the on the bathroom light at night, it it shines too brightly into the bedroom side. The pool is quite beautiful, and the resort sits on a private bay with a number of cabanas out over the water. Check-in was a bit of a test from a language point of view and you have to ask the right question or you won't get information...they tend not to volunteer it. There is no low-price option for breakfast so we had to walk 5 minutes to the grungy shopping centre next door where we found a surprisingly lovely patisserie. The in-house bar and restaurant is right by the water and looks to have been recently renovated but be ready for high prices and decidedly unremarkable food the nice surroundings. All-in-all, despite a few criticisms, it is a decent option price-wise for a shorter stay as compared, say, to the Intercontinental not far away."
"Breathtaking views in our overwater bungalow. The amenities were super. Everything is well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful beyond measure. They tended to all of our needs. The restaurant had excellent food as well. The location of the property is absolutely perfect. There are two local markets, several restaurants within walking distance and an Avis Rental where you can rent electric bikes or scooters. Can't say enough about this beautiful property. We tend to not repeat visits as we want to explore as many places in the world as we can, but we see ourselves returning here in future. It's that good, particularly compared to the cost of the same type of experience that other properties on Bora Bora."
"We had a luxury cabana on the beach right in front of the lagoon. It was clean and well-maintained, restocked as needed. The view was unencumbered and you had privacy. There was champagne and fresh flowers waiting--which is as it should be for a high-priced room. The drinks were exceptional. The only thing I would improve would be more food options and lower prices for meals."
"Our stay at Four Seasons Bora Bora was absolutely wonderful from start to finish!
Arrival was seamless and our bungalow was ready when we arrived; which made the experience feel effortless right away, especially after multiple days of travel.
Daily breakfast was amazing every morning, with so many delicious options to choose from.
For dinner, there are multiple restaurants to chose from, but our favorite restaurant was Arii Moana. Executive Chef Mickael Messina is truly an artist in the kitchen. His passion, creativity, and attention to detail can be felt in every dish. Not only is his food exceptional, but he is also incredibly warm, kind, and gracious, which made our dining experience at Arii Moana even more memorable.
The spa facility is gorgeous! My massage was excellent - truly one of the highlights of the trip. Definitely plan this into your trip! The entire property is beautifully maintained, and every detail reflects the care and excellence you expect from the Four Seasons.
The resort also made my husband’s birthday so special, and we are very grateful to everyone who helped create such beautiful memories for us. Many thanks to the entire Four Seasons Bora Bora team for another unforgettable stay.
This was our second visit, and we are already planning to return in 2027!"
