The property was very clean. Breakfast was fully staff supportive & excellent. Management & front desk staff were readily available & consistently responded to customer requirements. Best HI express I’ve ever stayed in.

Not up to Holiday Inn standards.
The room was marginally clean but not to the level I would expect from the Holiday Inn. The plumbing fixtures appeared to be cheap imitations of high-end fixtures and all of them were loose and not working well. The refrigerator and HVAC unit were so loud it kept waking us up in the middle of the night. The breakfast was sub-par with the orange juice labeled that it had added sweetener and the omelet seemed like it was made a few days ago with something that resembled cheese spread inside. Overall a disappointment for a well-respected chain.

Nice hotel in Socorro
Nice overnight stay in Socorro. Hotel was clean, lots of plugs in rooms, comfortable beds. I liked the Dove handsoap and lotion in the room. Nice fridge and microwave. Great location next to Burger King. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Would stay here again.
Hotel isn’t new but in pretty good condition. Rooms unusually spacious. Breakfasts better than most free buffets, with 2 staff working to restock food and keep things clean. Convenient location for bird watchers going to Bosque Del Apache and Bernardo WMA. Plan your dinners… few restaurants open Sat and Sun nights.

very few dining options nearby. Socorro springs apparently closes very early, even on a Saturday night. we drove to the plaza and nothing going on there either.

Everything was clean and in good condition. The pool and fitness room were open and nice. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We stay 5 days they never vacuum or clean our bathroom or change our linens the first day I noticed that the tub was not clean and the mat in the tub had mold I ask the person on the front desk if they can clean the tub good but my request was ignored we stay in room # 308

Elevator was broken evening of check-in, still broken in the am. Check in staff when I asked for a quiet room pref on top floor so I could sleep, was told that had me in room next to elevator, across from laundry room on 2nd floor and were not interested in changing that room.

After an exhausting day of family travel that began at 4:30 in the morning, we arrived at the hotel around 8 p.m. The initial interaction with the front desk receptionist was pleasant, but unfortunately, our experience took a turn for the worse. Upon reaching our room, we discovered that our keys were not functioning. I promptly returned to the reception to have them rekeyed, yet they still did not work. Multiple maintenance staff members were summoned, and we waited in the hallway with all our luggage for approximately an hour and 15 minutes. Eventually, the staff provided us with another room, but I couldn't help but wonder why the process took so long.

Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable, even the pull out was surprisingly comfortable. Small problem with duvet in pull out was remedied immediately by staff.

The hotel was okay. I would just suggest investing in pillows. The ones in our room were at the end of life… months ago. They should not be put out on the beds any longer.

This is one of if not the lower quality Holiday Express Hotels . The room is below Holiday,Inn Express standards. Dirty windows & window rails. Floor needs a deep cleaning and not just a quick mop. Overalll.....disappointing but the price doesn't reflect a lower standard.
