"I am extremely disappointed with our stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel at Sofia Airport.
The air conditioning in the first room we were given did not work, despite the outside temperature being 34°C. We were then moved to a second room, where not only did the air conditioning not work, but there was also a malfunctioning toilet that caused the entire room to smell bad.

"Staff was super friendly and attentive, while the room itself was clean, the main areas were a little lacking, and the elevator was… rough. No bar or restaurant on site aside from the breakfast buffet, but the receptionist was able to recommend a nice soot about a block away.
