"We were a couple checking in, but there was only one towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. I was able to get one when I went downstairs to requested. But, had we arrived outside of the designated times we would’ve been out of luck, because there was no staff on hand. We also had one duvet comforter(sized for a double bed) and only one pillowcase with one pillow on the king size bed. In the cupboard was another pillow, but there was no extra pillowcase, and there was another double bed, sized...

"Great location. Very clean if dated room. My only criticism is a large part of the huge window in my room did not have a solid/blackout curtain. It meant the whole room was extremely bright by 6am (summer). Lovely if you wanted to get up early but impossible to lie in otherwise."

"The only issue was that each time entering the premises, a waft of cigarette smoke came from the adjacent restsurant. I guess it's a Bulgarian norm to allow smoking in Restaurants. As a former smoker it was off putting. However, not enough to take from my enjoyment of Sofia."
