"The room was spacious and clean, the staff were helpful and the facilities generally good. However, we hardly got any sleep because of noise. We could hear the people in the next room and one was snoring. A delivery lorry made the room shake at one point at around 4. Between 5 and 6am someone got up and clattered around very noisily. A bit later what were believed to be the cleaners made another noisy start and were outside our room having a loud conversation. So no sleep. Also, we had a meal, which was good, so we thought, but my wife had terrible upset stomach, diarrhea and vomiting!"

"Check-in good, room clean, bed comfey, bathroom shower a reasonable size. I appreciate the included parking and decent breakfast from 0600. Dinner opened at 1800 but tap beer not available for another hour and food on the menu we requested not available so walked 10min down the road to another place for dinner."

"The parking on site was safe, staff excellent and breakfast - although not cooked was adequate and appropriate as a continental breakfast (expected a cooked breakfast)."

"Was given a room that had a smoky smell at first. After pointing out to the receptionist she found another room to relocate. The VAT receipt (£35.50) did not cover the fee i paid to Hotel.com (£41.99) which was a bit odd."
