"Old and dated property that badly needs an upgrade as it seems to be falling apart. They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated. These type of properties are hard to manage given their size and struggle. Expect lot of bugs everywhere,...

"We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. "This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was excellent again. It gives us a great base in a lovely convenient location. The only thing we would change would be to have more comfortable seats/sun loungers on the balcony. "

"Fabulous stay, had read some reviews and was a little concerned. Close to the playa de palma with all the bars and restaurant.The area around the hotel was quiet with a great spar supermarket selling freshly made sandwiches. The breakfast was great so much choice from a full english to cereals, fruit, cheese and ham. The room was lovely nice and clean with a really comfortable double bed. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."
