"Very nice relatively new facility. However the lighting in the rooms was poor. The TV sets were not properly attached to the wall and rotated. The management was terrific and the service was good. Altogether a good experience for 8 days. The breakfast was mostly at a nearby restaurant that was good."

"Avoid this hotel like the plague. When we chose this hotel, parking garage was important as we had rented a car. We had a late checking at 10:30pm. Upon arriving the receptionist was virtually leaving and said our car will not for ( it was a small size SUV - Mercedes GTS). Can you imagine the horror if the guy had actually left with the key in a Dropbox. He said I can look for parking on a street or go park in another hotel. Not to mention the fact that it was raining. The elevator is turned off...

"The hotel staff were all welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and meal portions were large. Whole hotel includinh pool were very clean and well kept. Only drawback was the hilly location of the hotel."

"Breakfast was very nice with good choices for hot and cold, nice fresh fruit and pastries, cheese and yogurt. Staff were very friendly, always greeted with a smile and genuine interest in how your holiday was going. Plunge pool was lovely, even in April for a refreshing dip. Room with balcony was nice to look over the harbour. Close to many restaurants cafes and bars and easy to walk to all the sites. "

"Comfortable rooms which were spacious and tidy. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety for all. Pool bar food and drink were great and reasonably priced. Spa area VERY slippy, would recommend they have someone clearing water more frequently. Would come again for sure. "

"Really nice room + amazing breakfast. Perfect location (number 4 bus just outside hotel) + 12-15 euro taxi to most of the popular bits of Palma (ie harbor/cathedrals/old town) Brilliant facilities too (tennis courts, mini golf , pool table and swimming pool). "

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and will be coming back again in September. However, be mindful of where your room is. We opted this time for a standard room and ended up in room 139 (first floor at the back of the hotel near the bins), which were emptied every morning between 2am and 5am. We are light sleepers and this did wake us up. Go for a pool view if possible, or maybe a higher floor. The food is very nice and the pool area is lovely.
