"Convenient location, sumptuous breakfast buffet and a very hospitable staff. The hotel is very clean and they show above and beyond customer service round the clock. It was truly a wonderful stay. I was hoping for the room to be bigger for 3 people but everyone was very accommodating."

"The room was spacious and very comfy. The ambiance is friendly and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the teens enjoyed it. The hotel is just a few steps to SM Mall of Asia. The views from the room were spectacular. The pool was not open due to construction. We were informed in advance that there will be construction going on but it did not bother us at all."

"The property was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and quick. We love their breakfast it was tasty and delicious. The hotel were close to shopping malls and there were also a lot of restaurants around the area. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and family who wish to travel and look for a hotel to stay."

"Rooms needs a little update. Contad is advertised as luxury, but it didn’t feel that. Barhroom needs a seious uodate. Towels are old, bathroom floors have stained, and carpet needs to be changed . The staff are very courteous and helpful. The hotels location being connected to the mall was the best part of it."

"スタッフの対応は悪くなかったが、 いかんせん経年劣化が各所で見て取れる。特にシャワーの水圧、排水、お湯の温度。水回りは日本のホテルをスタンダードに考えてる人間にとっては限界を超えている気がする。"

"Very close to the airport, the concierge was helpful and called a taxi for us. The room was clean but I could still smell the smoke, even though it’s a non smoking room. The breakfast was not good. Overall a good hotel."
