"Hotel Xcaret Arte is an absolutely stunning property. The rooms, architecture, landscaping, restaurants, and overall resort exceeded our expectations. The Xcaret parks were the highlight of our trip—beautifully designed and unlike anything we've experienced before. Staying on property with unlimited park access and the shuttle system made visiting the parks effortless and was absolutely worth it if you plan to experience multiple parks. If you're only visiting one or two parks, the extra cost may not be worth it. The only area where the resort fell short for me was the hospitality. The staff were courteous and completed our requests, but many interactions felt more transactional than genuinely welcoming. Examples included minimal greetings, a check-in staff member who became noticeably less engaged after we declined the vacation club presentation, and a waiter at Encanta whose service felt rushed and whose communication style left me feeling uncomfortable after a simple misunderstanding about my dietary preferences. Overall, we had an amazing vacation. The property, parks, rooms, and food were outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Xcaret Arte, but for me the hospitality didn't consistently match the quality of everything else."

"Overall, good property. The rooms were cleaned and clean mostly. The staff was generally helpful and courteous. The bigger pool downstairs was nice and clean; however, the terrace pool was dirty. The dead algae from the sea made everything stink"

"Everything was wonderful, as soon as we arrived we were received with smiles and overall top service. Everyone went out there way to give the best service. Great variety in food with different restaurants. Only thing we have to say is that whoever is in charge of entertainment and organizing events, please organize your plans, schedules so that everything flows better and you don’t leave people hanging. 3 nights events got canceled with no explanation, other than that everything was wonderful. Thank you all very much!!"

"This resort is going to be our new go-to resort! The rooms were clean, the environment was well kept and beautiful, and the staff was always kind! We had more accommodating staff than not, but those who were not as accommodating did not overcome the majority of the kind staff there! The lay out is great, not too far and not too close to each other. It allowed us to be spaced out with other guests during the day, but coming together at night was great and fun! Many activities that the H10 website plans/schedules through out the day to try different things as groups! Each person we went to was 21+ and we loved every pool, bar, and restaurant! Food was GREAT! Definitely better experience than other all-inclusive resorts we’ve been too. We were planning our trip back while we were checking out! Such a great and memorable stay!"

"Si estas buscando un lugar donde ir DEFINITIVAMENTE tienes que ir alli, el personal las atenciones son un 100% cuando llegas te dan un itenerario de todas las actividades que se hacen en el hotel diariamente ( son muy interesantes) nunca te aburres- soy dominicana y fui con mi pareja no tenia altas expectativas pero este HOTEL lo supero todo, definitivamente cambio mi forma de ver las vacaciones, Puedo decir que fueron las mejores vacaciones de MI vida, tome el cuarto con jacuzzi privado con vista al jardin, definitivamente me senti super segura siempre, excelente team!!"
