"I booked the river jump room.$13,800 for 6 nights. On Expedia it shows a pad off the balcony with no railing so u can jump straight into the river. Upon arriving there was no rooms of this type left and gave me a walk in to the river. Would not discount me. Expedia only offered $2k in credit to be used in 18 months. However this upgrade cost me $3600. Also do not believe the concierge’s. They will tell you absolutely anything and everything to get you off the phone if you are wanting information regarding Park hours, and when to catch the bus, go to the bus terminal and look up on their boards do not take the concierge‘s word, too many times they were incorrect. "

"Great resort to stay, I had Gabriella help me out with booking and setting up some extra amentities. Also Ariz and Yhara helped me every step of the way with some recommendations, service, and reservations at the resturants (which were all very good). Very great staff and everyone is so nice! Definitely recommend going here!!"

"Loved our stay here, the place is beautiful, lots of different food. The beach has lots of seaweed but the hotel had people cleaning it up. The beach was nice but it is very rocky, definitely recommend water shoes!"

"This is not the adults-only experience younger travelers might expect. The resort feels more geared toward seniors and has a very quiet, low-energy atmosphere. If you’re looking for a lively, child-free getaway, this may not be the right place for you. The food was also very disappointing. I’m not a picky eater, but the quality was far below what I would expect from a 5-star resort. I’ve stayed at 4-star resorts with much better food. To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction in two buildings — one near the main lobby and amenities, and one close to our room. We were not informed in advance and paid full price. The daily noise from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. made it hard to relax. Overall, I would not recommend staying here and suggest looking at other options."
