"I stayed here for a month recently. Location was close enough to walk to 5th Avenue and Walmart. Beautiful roof top pool and sun tanning area. Owner is a great man, very accommodating. Only thing you have to be aware of is there is no elevator yet, so if you can’t do stairs it’s not ideal. Very clean, minimalistic, but roomy."
