"Hotel Xcaret Arte is an absolutely stunning property. The rooms, architecture, landscaping, restaurants, and overall resort exceeded our expectations. The Xcaret parks were the highlight of our trip—beautifully designed and unlike anything we've experienced before. Staying on property with unlimited park access and the shuttle system made visiting the parks effortless and was absolutely worth it if you plan to experience multiple parks. If you're only visiting one or two parks, the extra cost may not be worth it.
The only area where the resort fell short for me was the hospitality. The staff were courteous and completed our requests, but many interactions felt more transactional than genuinely welcoming. Examples included minimal greetings, a check-in staff member who became noticeably less engaged after we declined the vacation club presentation, and a waiter at Encanta whose service felt rushed and whose communication style left me feeling uncomfortable after a simple misunderstanding about my dietary preferences.
Overall, we had an amazing vacation. The property, parks, rooms, and food were outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Xcaret Arte, but for me the hospitality didn't consistently match the quality of everything else."
