"Travelling with 22 family members. Amazing staff, special thanks to Edvardo who arranged our Italian dinner. Gustavo and Fernando who arranged our Mexican Margarita and the Steak House. I know its difficult to book all of us in one place but they did it! We booked Sakura ourselves (need to book early). All evening restaurants served small portions. Sometimes we ended at the buffet afterwards. Ocean Burger has amazing burgers. The restaurant on the beach was great too. Great Ice Cream Parlor. I think we had ice cream nightly as it was so hot. Food at the buffet was fabulous, loads of options (our fav). Mike's coffee shop was a hit. Great drinks, snacks.
The resort is beautiful and clean and big. It was nice to hop on travel train from one side of the resort to the other. Rooms are spacious with patio and fridge is loaded with beer, pop and water everyday. Washrooms have 2 sinks. Good showers. Good AC.
Pools were awesome, especially the swim up bars. Wish the pool hours were longer. The drinks were watered down even if you asked for double.
The ocean out of bounds due to the seaweed issue. Many workers cleaning it up daily.
Good nightly entertainment.

Half of our group stayed near the Buffet and others at Building 4 near Ocean. Only one of our families got a free upgrade. We were offered but for extra $600 USD. It would have been nice to have a few free more upgrades.
